Submit them to the freeciv-dev list, or to the Bug(/Patch) Tracking
System at bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (which automatically duplicates
to freeciv-dev), or, if large, upload stuff to 
  ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/pub/freeciv/incoming

haven't already.
