Maybe just move the caravan into (own) cities and add a
"help build wonder" / "establish traderoute(profits/trade)" command
for caravans which doesn''t need movement points ?
Doesn''t help with enemy cities .. .
Maybe generally use commands instead of popup boxes to choose an action
?
