You're right, and that's half the reason I was arguing on the side of
including the swastika flag.  I simply don't want to have to update the
flags.xpm / flags.spec / shields.xpm / shields.spec files each time
someone adds a new flag!!!!!

I looked at the followup by Mark ("ZENIT News Agency"), and he gives a
solution, but I'm not convinced it would actually work.  I mean, is the
code clever enough to combine flags referenced from TWO different
flags.spec files?
