For anybody who was folling my "DEAD MOTHERBOARD" thread...

After hours of head racking...

IT was something in the "ChipSet" at the point where the 'Keyboard' was
INIT'ed

And current PC's will not boot if they do not find a working keyboard
controler attached... even if the keyboard is USB...

Purchased a board from National Computer Outlet store with in my budget..
that least if it was my CPU I could of returned the 'MB' and decided what to
do next at that time...

Due to the fact that the new moard is SiS based I am now trying to get all
the correct drivers installed..
