On ZDnet, I saw and downloaded a linux memory tester that can be
installed to a floppy.  I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but a very
reliable source told me that it works great.  I wanted to get this
tester for work.  Our memory testers don't test 512mb DIMM's or any type
of DDR memory.  Additional memory tester machines are not in the budget
in the next year or so.  Anne
