Jon -

Because if you do a trace route of the name and the DNS Server is unable to
find the name (aka: futureks.net) it replies DNS not found..... yet I can go
to the web site using the IP ADDRESS (aka: 208.189.239.114) with no
troubles.

[Note: futureks.net is used as an example and the SWBI DNS server does find
this name just fine.]

As I type this SWBI seems to of fixed (a few) their DNS errors.
