Well, a DNS lookup and a traceroute to a remote host are two different
things. If you think that it is a DNS problem, traceroute isn't likely
going to help you solve it. You need to find who is the the
authoritative name server for the domain and ask those servers what
the IP address should be. Then compare that with that SWBI's name
servers tell you.
What are the SWBI DNS server IP addresses that you are using?
