I'm sorry that we've offended you.
Although i've not been a newbie for many years, 
I did not have the benefit of such a group as this when i
was.
I wish i had.
I'm still learning.  
I never intended on learning networking and firewalls when i
started down this path.
with linux I have this opportunity and I glad that there are
those that i can ask questions.

as far as my having a big four year degree, guess again.
I have a 2 year degree in aircraft mechanics.

NO ONE in this group has ever attempted to belittle me or
make me feel unwelcome.
