I've never used "Netscape"

AOL still does own Mozilla (not in the strictest sense of the word). I
still use that on occasion.

But even so, that's a different situation.  Netscape is the "only"
graphical web browser for Linux.  There are many other programs that do
what ICQ does--and they usually do it better, and have been around much
longer than ICQ.
