origionally, it wasn't, remember... but yes, it's gotten worse since 98 and
99... WAY too much crap thrown in (who really needs an instant msg-ing prog
to have a web search engine, and a taskbar-look-alike in it?)... but, Licq
and others leave out a lot of this crap, and look (and act a lot better!)..
also, it's a heck of a lot better than AIM, is it not? : ^ )
