The words "Best" and "ICQ" cannot logically be used in the same sentence.

ICQ is evil and should be avoided like the plague.


As for the 3 button mouse question, I think there is a HOWTO or Mini-HOWTO
about that--or maybe it's part of the X documentation... I'm not sure.
I've never used one myself, but I know documentation does exist.  And it
depends a bit on what kind mouse you have whether or not the wheel will
work in windows.  If you do a search on dejanews or on linux.org or
something, you'll probably find the information you need.
