Well said...

If you really wished to not supprot RedHat in any way, you would have to
be sure not to buy any hardware from Intel, Compaq, HP and the like... 
Sorta impossible in this day and age.

I'm more worried about M$ and Intel's effect on Linux than Red Hat's.
