I buy only non-Intel CPUs (partially b/c I don't like Intel, mostly
because Intel's CPUs are INCREDIBLY expensive).  I've never bought
anything from Compaq, and the only HP items I own I bought used.  I build
all of my computers from scratch--often largely from used components.
There are very few "big guys" I support financially.
