Perhaps a uk_gold must be implemented.

The idea of building requirements is not elegant, there is already a barr=
acks=20
type, perhaps some units must not be supported by cities without barracks=
 or=20
harbour (for sea units), forbidding trasfers of units to these cities.

But if this is applied, a big city could defend itself much better for an=

type of attack. and also conquering a enemy big city would do much damage=

than conquering some small cities.

If this could be set for each unit type should do the job, but a uk_gold =
must=20
be also applied.
