Not sure what you mean here.

You can disable barbarians, its a server setting. Check "set
barbarians" and "set onsetbarbs"

Not sure about this one, someone want to test this?

It will cycle through the units currently. When you have no movement
left, focus moves to the next unit. Units that have an activity (e.g.
sentry, explore etc.) do not get cycled through.

This could be, someone should look at this.

Well I don't think there is a compesation for this, what are you
suggesting?

This is an interesting idea, a gamelog that has messages about who does
what. I would like to integrate that into civserver if anyone ever does
it.

City names being an option is interesting. Do you mean showing the
production on the main map?
