I'm pretty sure the G_REDUCED_RESEARCH bit is wrong.  This is supposed
to be multiplicative not additive so you can't just replace this with
ScienceBonus.  The effect of this on gameplay is huge since with a +500%
science bonus the -50% from fundamentalism would be quite trivial.  So
you need a new effect type EFT_SCIENCE_BONUS_2 or something.
