Agreed. Finish this futuristic theme first. Once you have done that, you
can do the softer theme. By then you will have layout figured out, so you
only need to change look, which is a simpler task.

Who knows? When we add a SMAC compatible mode to Freeciv, this theme
may actually be used pretty often. :-)
