I forgot to mention that PACKET_RULESET_BUILDING, PACKET_GOTO_ROUTE
and PACKET_PATROL_ROUTE are not yet converted. While this should work
it is not a real problem and will be fixed if the patch is updated to
current CVS.

  (On the statement print "42 monkeys"+"1 snake"): BTW, both perl and Python
  get this wrong. Perl gives 43 and Python gives "42 monkeys1 snake", when 
  the answer is clearly "41 monkeys and 1 fat snake".
