These are all[*] currently handled[+] by FreecivAC's generalised unit
effects and classes. http://freecivac.sf.net/. Maybe Mike's code does
this too; I don't know.

[*] Well, F_IGWALL simply ignores any city-range defence modifiers,
which is not quite the same thing as "ignore walls" but it works out
much the same for the standard rulesets.

[+] By "handled" I mean obsoleted, of course - the flags are removed, and
replaced with unit effects.
