If legal complications are a problem we could do it indirectly, such as
using SharedProfit.com rewards program. I am thinking of this anyway just
because SharedProfit is so fashionable lately and is already starting to
expand into bricks-and-mortar businesses. It might become as popular as
AirMiles. I'm not going to hold my breath though. I really doubt they will
be able to sustain the payout levels that they describe. Nonetheless I
have picked up a few of their "shares" as part of my portfolio.

Usually stuff dealing with E-Currency just has disclaimers saying that all
users are responsible for taking care of their own tax obligations in
their own jurisdictions. Maybe the central entity might want to be
"offshore" in some jurisdiction that is "sympathetic".

I don't like to point people to specific "investment programmes", for one
thing I am not a registered investment-advisor, for another they have a
habit of going belly-up as soon as they have been around long enough for
you to think they'll last thus start thinking of recommending them. You
really need to diversify, and there are hundreds of scams only a few good
programmes. What I tend to do is use some co-operatives, programmes that
are themselves diversifiers that have weathered the storms and managed to
come out ahead over the long term despite so many fly by night operations
coming and going all the time.
