I think with:
- gen top
- gen impr
- server autoattack
- different layers
- core cleanup
- big changes in the network protocoll
- teamslite
- change in bribe-cost
- borders

- changes in metaserver
- new connect dialog

(- acceding settlercost)

There should be a plan for the "2"
