That would only stop the other side from _researching_ those techs. So
this is not a sufficient solution.
ie if A1 and A2 are GodGiven, and A1.1->A1.X are side one's tree and
A2.1->A2.X are side two's tree, then only A1 and A2 will be protected
from huts, theft and diplomacy.
