That's as simple as typing in IGWALL as one of the flags.

Bombardment: I assume you mean Civ 3 style, where bombarding units take no
damage, and can't take the defending unit to below a certain level of hps. That
will have to wait for Per's bitvector patch. That patch is fairly difficult. I
can implement retreating for units much more easily. All of this extra stuff
will have to wait. I have used the last flag. Until there are more free flags,
I cannot implement any new effects.
Bombardment will also mean implementing range, which I know Per hates.
I didn't implement any such effects because that would mess up Civ 2
compatability. The Artillery flag only works if you use it.
I don't believe any firepower effects are necessary, although GB and Tony have
also asked for this. The reason is the rather bad defence of artillery units.
They get attacked, they die. All of the catapault style units have bad hps, low
move rate.
If it turns out that artillery units are too strong, I will implement the same
firepower penalty that shore bombardment suffers. Both units firepower will be
reduced to 1.
Aloha,

I see the eigenvalue in thine eye,
I hear the tender tensor in thy sigh.
