Can peope please list the compilers currently used to compile Freeciv? I would
like to know if any of these compilers(I don't care about old versions, only
current ones) that do not support C++ style comments. If there are no compilers
with problems I suggest that we amend the coding guidelines to allow it
for one line comments.
