Actually, this isn't really a drawback.  If a translation file is
created for Latin or a middle-earth language, I'm sure some geek will
fill in most of the translation.  Then crazy people can play in
languages that don't even exist (or are dead)!

Later on, when diplomacy gets more detailed, proposals can be sent in
the language of the nation offering the proposal (with a translation, of
course).  That would be _so cool_!
