You mean "Ascent to Transcendence". ;-)

(In SMAC, the game can be won by building the "Ascent to Transcendence"
wonder^H^H^H^H^H^Hspecial project.  The prereq for this is called "Voice
of Planet", and once someone builds that one, *everyone* is allowed to
build "Ascent to Transcendence" regardless of their tech level.  So at
that point the game will be won by whoever has the best industrial output
(possibly augmented by stockpiled gold^H^H^H^Henergy).)
