Yup, that would be nice. One feature that would be cool would be
sims-like mp3 playing. If freeciv gets sound effects, I probably have to
chose between them or listening to mp3's. But if freeciv integrates a
mp3-player in its sound mixer, I can just point freeciv to my mp3-dir
and have the best of both worlds :)
However, I'm not very knowledgeable on this. Perhaps a sound-daemon can
work? Could someone elaborate on the mixing process?
