Dear Freeciv-Developers,

At first I want to apologize for the patch which I
supplied and which is completely buggy and without
use. Sorry.

I am preparing a new, better version of it and then
send it again...

To the question if to add the Taiwanese or not:

I think, every nation should be supplied, if it's
possible, for which there is a demand. I don't think,
that it's important if that nation exists in reality,
since also the Mordor and the Dunedain are included,
which are only fantasy nations.

So... once again sorry for my completely useless patch
(don't waste any time trying it).
