Attached patch does :

  * makes Romans use Roman flag, not Italian flag
  * female Dictators are Dictatrices 
  * fiddle a bit with the English
  * make Dutch use f.netherlands, not f.holland (it got renamed 
    by my other patch).
  * adds many UK villages and towns with strange names to misc cities

and more importantly

  * Adds Irish, Cornish (yay! you can now be King Arthur!), and Italians

For those of you who lie awake at night worrying about city name
duplications, you will be pleased to note that we had previously forgotten
to put any Cornish cities into the English, so that is not an issue there.
