I agree wholeheartedly.   I think the glaciers would need to have a rather 
low probability of occurence - having to rebuild empires due to ice ages 
every game would turn quite a few people off.  Also, if the glaciers stopped 
when encountering warmer climates, there would still be land for players to 
maintain their kingdoms.
