Hello there.  I'm having problems making the "pt" translation of
Freeciv because i'm still not able to see the client using translated
strings.  I have RedHat 5.1.

I've tried compiling/running the client like this:

./configure
make

export LANG=pt
./civ

And i can't see the client using the translated strings.  They are still
in English.

Shell utilities with i18n support use the translations this way, but i
just can't get the Freeciv client to show the translations.

What am i doing wrong?
