Yes, that's much more clear.  Also might it be better to say "... and a
factory, mfg. plant and hydro plant together give a 150% production
bonus"?  I know you need a factory first to build a mfg. plant, but this
might be still more clear.

This raises also the question of what happens when I take a city and the
factory is destroyed, but the mfg. plant remains.  This has happened to me
before but I don't remember what happened to the production in that city.

Does the Hoover Dam work for all of my cities anywhere on the map, or only
on the same continent?  I remember there was a suggestion a few months back
that the latter would make more sense, though I'm not convinced.
