It matters if you forgot what user id and password you used for what 
RedHat computer.  Their system does remember what computer the user has 
registered and I have forgotten which computer was using what id and 
password.  (I know, I shouldn't have forgotten, but I did.)  Now they 
have a deal where is you forgot your user id and password, then you give 
them your email address, and then they send you the info.  I shouldn't 
have been trying to update 5 computers, all with different user ids and 
passwords, without writing them down.  Live and learn.  ~Anne
