there are two books that have these printed and bound.
i'm not entirely sure about the names but i think they were
linux the gnu testiment and linux pro

a word of warning, these are more than likely WAY out of date.
look to oreilly first.  they have been doing a good job of
updating their books

check publish dates, reprint dates, revised dates.

it's cool that linux is advancing at the rate that it is,
but keeping the documentation up is a nightmare.
i think mr. stallman recently said something about that.
