I thought about opening the file with your browser. I checked the
article in the July issue of Linux magazine and I couldn't find out what
pgm that you could use for a reader.
They did suggest these website for additional info/downloads:
www.xml.com (for everything related to XML)
www.w3.or/XML (for links to XML tools and informat about related
standards)
www.w3.org/XML/#software (for a list of software, written in various
languages...useful in creating, parsind, and manipulating XML)
www.unicode.org (authoritative site for Unicode and info about
representing various characters in XML)
www.xmlmag.com (a magazine devoted to all things XML)
www.w3.org/XML/Schema (info about XML schema and related technologies)
