Here's one way to find out which rpm they are in:

[doubrty@jane indextst]$ rpm -qa |grep libstdc++
libstdc++-2.9.0-3mdk
libstdc++-devel-1.1.3-3mdk
[doubrty@jane indextst]$ 


Try www.rpmfind.net to locate an SRPM or RPM with the version you
need.
