Is it possible to see the percentage of hitpoints of a unit in a city? I had
discovered the little pop-up window shows the unit info of a unit not in a
city, but in a city, it seems to only show city info, and not the "topmost"
unit.

(Freeciv 1.8.1, Linux, Xaw3d client - precompiled)
