Sorry about the non 80 columns.  Well, you've responded positively to my 
idea of an embassy retaining some of the diplomats functions (investigate,
poison and incite) but what about the defended cities visibility on the
mini map????  That was the thing that started it all!

You also have a probability of failing to establish a future embassy with that 
player, say diplchance.
