I have put the most recent S1_14 freeciv.pot into
ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta/.  Of course, this won't be generated
automatically.

Perhaps a script should be automated to take the most recent freeciv.pot
from the stable branch (currently S1_14) and put it there?
