Hi,
I've created a new nation ruleset. It's not strictly a nation of it's
own any longer, as it's nowadays a part of Germany, but similar to
e.g. Bavaria, as many people (me included) still feel very much as
Westphalians.
I've created a flag as well. If you think it's not too exotic for mainline,
please apply. Please Cc: me on eventual replies, as I'm not subscribed.
