No, happiness no longer plays any part in calculating the score. This was
changed before 1.14.0 IIRC.

That is rather doubtful, since the score only updates on the beginning of
turn, and several things that affect the score usually happens every turn,
so you cannot make out what differences in the score over turns really
mean just from reading the number.

I'm fine with adding embassy as a requirement.
