I just tested this in 2.0.0-beta4, and help seems to be working.

I also re-installed 2.0.0-beta3 from sources, just to test if this is 
something caused by my system, and if it now works in all versions - but 
no. These help-texts are constantly missing in beta2, beta3, and 
cvs-Nov-15, but in beta4 all help-texts are present.
