This is comptele list of help-texts which are present, others are 
missing (in beta2, beta3 & cvs-Nov-15): About, Copying, Languages, 
Connecting, Controls, Chatline, Worklist Editor, Strategy and tactics, 
Citizen Management Agent, City Improvements, Technology, Wonders of the 
World, Units, Combat, Combat-Modifying Combat Rules, Combat-Combat 
example 1, Combat-Combat example 2, Zones of Control, Terrain, 
Terrain-Terrain Alterations, Terrain-Terrain Alterations-Pillaging, 
Government, Government-Civil War,  Happiness, Space Race


So "City Improvements", "Technology", "Wonders of the World" and "Units" 
are missing all subpages. "Terrain" and "Government" are missing most 
subpages, i.e. all subpages which pertain to specific terrains or 
governments.

"en_US.UTF-8", which is default value (in SuSe 9.1 Personal)

If I change language to be "fi_FI" with script:
    #!/bin/bash
    export LANG=fi_FI
    cd /usr/local/freeciv-2.0.0-beta2/bin
    ./civclient

I get exactly same help-pages, but now translated in finnish. So exactly 
same pages are still missing.
