I think I've made it clear that I vehemently oppose such a move. It is bad.

Actually a withdraw command that sets goto's for all a player's units
inside a border to directly outside a border would be very useful. No
server changes needed, but you'd probably have to have a dialog to pick the
player whose territory you're leaving. But I second the point that
teleporting is really bad.
