Notes:
- I put the projects into a subdir 'msvc' below freeciv/. Basically,
they could be put anywhere, the projects just assume to be one subdir
below the source root. For any other depths, the files need to be adjusted.
- 'civclient' is the gtk-2.0 client. I used the GTK+ for Win32 from this
site:
http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html
- Release build configurations prolly don't work. Only cared about Debug
so far.
