I do not like the way the AI parameters are saved. It's extremely ugly:

ai.love0=1
ai.spam0=0
ai.patience0=0
ai.warn_space0=0
ai.ask_peace0=0
ai.ask_alliance0=0
ai.ask_ceasefire0=0
ai.love1=1
ai.spam1=0
ai.patience1=0
ai.warn_space1=0
ai.ask_peace1=0
ai.ask_alliance1=0
ai.ask_ceasefire1=0
ai.love2=1
ai.spam2=0
ai.patience2=0
ai.warn_space2=0
...

these should definitely be saved in an array format.
