I cannot physically download this file. Any attempt to do so from an
FTP client gives "550: cannot change directory". And I cannot access
this file directly through my freeciv.org account because it is only
readable by the user.
May I suggest either:
1. rm */*_gen.* before you make your diffs.
2. Upload the .tar.gz as a comment for the RT ticket.
