I would definitely go with the static version for a menu command -- all
this would have to do is send "/save" to the server.  An alternative
would be to have a checkbox in the Save as... dialog titled "Use the
default server name", which when checked would grey out the input box
for the save name and possibly fill it in with the default name
automatically.  However, don't forget there is the "set savename"
command, so don't assume that the prefix is "civgame".
