Currently the isotrident tileset colour-codes the number of HP, but
the trident tileset doesn't.  I only use trident so I didn't notice
this until you mentioned it.

I usually don't have a problem reading the HP bar but then I only run
 at a screen res of c.800x600.  I guess it's a problem at higher resolutions?
