bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx works. I have just tested it. It looks like it worked
all the time (at least since 18 Nov 2002). So we can remove the host
part in bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from our documentation. I can also
add a redirect at www.freeciv.org/bugs if you want.
